This is 100% real and not a fake.
I was in Colorfinger with Art and this is part of my personal collection.

Colorfinger was essentially a solo project of Art's that actually grew into a band.
Colorfinger produced one album which has since gone out of print.
Only 1000 copies of the original CD were printed.
It is rumored that Art himself doesn't even have an original copy of the CD, only a CD-R.
If I remember right, there were only 1000 or less of these CDs  made so this is WAY rare!!
